A warm, palace-inspired room where hand-hammered brass, carved timber and low golden light set the stage for the food of Punjab.

Guests are welcomed into a calm, candlelit space built around a live tandoor. Kulchas are blistered to order, dals are simmered overnight, and every curry is built on whole spices ground in-house each morning.

It is a fine-dining experience with the heart of a dhaba — unhurried, generous and deeply rooted in tradition.
